Cleveland Clinic Children’s Summer Treatment Program for children with ADHD provides families with individually designed treatment plans that address their child’s behavioral, emotional and learning difficulties. The overall goal of our seven-week daytime treatment program is to help children and their families manage ADHD symptoms throughout the year.

Beyond Healthcare is offering a Youth Summer Program for children ages 6–11 from June 8 through August 21, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at our Toledo, Fairlawn, Beachwood, and Westlake locations. Camp Wonder is an academic & therapeutic day camp led by certified professionals applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The program was designed and is overseen by a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your child will participate in daily learning activities designed to improve social skills, communication, behavior, independence, and academics. We welcome all kids in the community to join us—including siblings and friends!

If a child needs an aide to participate in group activities and maintain their safety, then they can participate in the camp with an aide for an additional $25 per hour.

Join Speech Therapy for 90 minutes of peer socialization using AAC and AT, then jump in the pool with their parent/caregiver for more fun with Physical Therapy. Each session includes a field trip to the Children’s Museum or Botanical Gardens.

Emotions Aquarium offers children the opportunity to explore their emotions through art experiences while strengthening communication skills and improving social skills.

A fun, play-based camp focused on building fine motor strength and coordination through engaging, hands-on activities that support handwriting and everyday skills. Children will explore crafts, games, and sensory play designed to improve grip strength, dexterity, and control, all in a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes confidence and independence.

Group specifically designed to explore friendships, build confidence, social communications and create meaningful peer connections for teen girls.

Programs focus on providing speech and OT services in a social setting. Trained RBT’s are available to provide support with behaviors during camps and therapists are comfortable using AAC devices.

This summer program is 2.5 or 6-hours per day, and is similar to our school programs. It is a center based summer/esy program that focuses on social skills, communication, academics, fine/gross motor, sensory, and independence. Each child will be met where they are and the children will work on their IEP goals or on their individual treatment plan.

The children will experience small group lessons, art class, sensory group, gross motor/motion activities, social skills, communication skills, behavior interventions, and academic instruction based on their strengths and weaknesses.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including full-day therapeutic programming designed to help children improve their behaviors and functioning across different environments.

We offer a seven-week summer speech camp for children aged 18 months to 6 years old. We have: a low student/teacher ratio of 3:1, interactive learning & creative expression, music & gross motor daily, a language-rich environment, and movement-based speech therapy.

Led by SLPs, this group is designed for children to explore play through songs, movement, sensory activities, and simple group routines. Children will have opportunities to practice early communication, imitation, turn-taking, and engagement with peers in a supportive, structured environment that encourages confidence and connection.

SMILE Summer Camp™ is a therapeutic day camp led by a speech-language therapist. The camp alternates weekly with the 10-16 age group and the 6-10 age group. Campers engage in structured learning activities in addition to daily field trips to generalize skills while focusing on social skills, communication, and emotional regulation. This therapeutic program was developed specifically for children with disabilities to provide them with a fun and interactive way to develop social skills, participate in the activities that typical kids take for granted, and work on their IEP goals. We want to help your child have a better summer!

This camp, led by SLPs, focuses on developing vocabulary, following directions, and social interaction skills with peers. Through engaging activities, games, and structured group experiences, participants will build communication confidence, practice turn-taking, and learn to navigate everyday social situations. The program is designed to help children form positive relationships in a supportive and fun environment.

Steps to Independence is the intensive therapy program at LeafBridge. This program is an evidence-based training model of increased frequency and duration of physical, occupational, and speech therapy to work on achieving meaningful, functional goals. It is a collaborative model of care that involves the therapists and the family working together on goal development, education, and carryover.

The Gathering Place Summer Camp pairs children with animals at partnered sites and offers a unique therapeutic and fun-filled week. Campers will build relationships with other children impacted by cancer. Our camp is run by the staff of the Children and Family Team at The Gathering Place in order to create a unique experience and space of community, learning, and camp spirit.

Participation Note: Participants must have or have a family member who has been diagnosed with cancer.

Children learn about their emotions and gain strategies to help manage their BIG feelings through play-based learning.

Time2Thrive is designed by an Intervention Specialist and Occupational Therapist to provide engaging activities that help children practice important skills, build confidence, and continue learning throughout the summer.

Our program welcomes families with children with Down syndrome as well as other disabilities. We are open to all.
