Camp Echoing Hills is a non-profit Christian camp serving adults and children with intellectual or developmental disabilities. We are located in the rolling hills of rural Coshocton County. This camp offers a one-week recreational camp for youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and/or physical disabilities. Siblings can attend.

We provide a week-long residence camp for individuals aged 7-24 with disabilities. We run day group session activities, including swimming, games, woodcraft, art, yoga, dance, cooking, and nighttime activities like an annual talent show and dance.

For children with physical disabilities or visual impairments, Adaptive Sports Ohio’s Dream Camp offers a transformative experience that blends athletics, learning, and inclusion. Every child deserves a chance to play, Adaptive Sports Ohio is here to make their dreams a reality.

Dream Camp is more than just a summer camp; it’s a gateway to empowerment. Designed specifically for children with physical disabilities, Dream Camp provides an immersive experience where participants can explore their abilities, forge lifelong friendships, and gain confidence. The camp features a variety of adaptive sports and activities such as wheelchair basketball, track and field, archery, and a glow dance party.

For some of our campers, a full week of camp can be an intimidating first experience away from home. This half-week experience, for campers aged 8-14, is a great building block for future success! Campers will get to experience hikes, swim times, canoe adventures, and a campout under the stars. Counselors will work with campers to build skills that will help them conquer a full week experience!

Our Traditional program is the foundation of Nuhop’s summer program. There is an emphasis on positive social-emotional experiences so campers may build skills in communication, cooperation, and independence. This week is filled with outdoor adventure on and around our gorgeous 33-acre campground. The traditional camp offers a week of adventure in which campers hike the two nearby state parks, spend time in the water (swimming, tubing, slip ‘n’ sliding, and canoeing), and so much more! Camping under the stars, cooking over a campfire, playing lots of games, arts, and crafts, and more are all part of the camp experience.
