This inclusive and adapted class introduces music, theater, dance /movement and visual arts. Participants learn different art forms by engaging in movement to music, instrument play, creative dramatics, theater games, and other activities which incorporate singing, dancing, imagination and hands-on creativity. Students work to enhance gross motor skills and balance, develop body awareness and self expression, increase social interaction, and expand their creative abilities. Designed to meet the needs of dancers with diverse abilities, this class will have a modified curriculum for sit-down dancers and those with sensory needs. Each ballet camp follows a different theme and will include music, stories & choreography to match the theme. This year’s themes include Aloha Summer, K-Pop Demon Hunters, Taylor Swift Eras, Dancing through the Decades, and Broadway.

We have great assistants and have had good success with helping those with low muscle tone and non-mobile individuals experience the joy of ballet!

Come make new friends and explore Disney-relate topics such as outer space, superheroes, fairy tales, around the world and more through the arts! Camp will include a rotation of art, music, dance, and drama, all facilitated by a team of Art and Music Therapists. Assessment prior to camp is required for any new FAA families. There will be a maximum of five participants per group.

The group will be working with the natural elements of dance and movement that we all have access to- breath, pulse, muscle connectivity and shape*. No dance or music training required- just a willingness to try new ways of grappling with life stressors. Teens can benefit from developing emotional regulation, self-expression, self-confidence, and exploring identity issues.

Our Pop Star Camp is the ultimate creative experience where kids of all abilities can sing, dance and shine to music from a variety of chart-topping pop stars! Each day, campers will explore songs inspired by different pop icons, building their vocal and dance skills in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment. From learning catchy choreography to belting out favorite choruses, this camp is all about self-expression and confidence. Perfect for singers and dancers of all experience levels, this inclusive camp creates a welcoming space where everyone can join the fun, make new friends and feel like a true pop star!

Our Speaking Through Song Camp is a one-of-a-kind experience where music and speech therapy come together to help campers thrive! With the expertise of both a music therapist (from Beyond Words) and a speech therapist (from Sprout Therapy), this summer program is designed for emerging communicators who are ready to explore and expand their communication skills in a fun, supportive, and non-threatening environment!

Your camper will sing, dance, and play instruments while working on essential skills like requesting items, making choices of 2-3 items and participating in a musical ensemble. Whether it’s using pictures, devices, or verbal approximations, our camp is designed to meet your child where they are and help them grow through music. Let’s make this summer unforgettable by mixing creativity, play and communication!
